Paul replaced my 28 year old HVAC system which was a mess. He was so nice and easy to talk to and took care of making sure I understood how everything worked. He went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of even if it meant more work for him. Great Job Paul!!

Tim helped us with a water heater right before Thanksgiving. He did a great job; explained everything and was very pleasant at a time when we were in big need. I would recommend him and Waterbury very highly.

We recently had Waterberry install a propane garage heater. The quality of the work was excellent, and Paul was very personable. I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service, and the quality of work.
I would highly recommend Waterbury for all of your ac/heating and water heater needs. They do an excellent job from the quote process to the final installation process. Paul S. does absolutely wonderful and professional installation. He installed our new furnace and ac unit in two days. If Waterbury is doing your work highly recommend requesting him to be the installer. They follow up as necessary throughout the process. They do what they say they are going to do. Will be working with them in the future as needed.
We had Waterbury install a new furnace and a/c unit last week. Paul S. was the technician and was very patient and knowledgeable in answering our questions and very efficient installing the units. Our old units were so noisy and it's unbelievable how quiet are the new systems. Our old a/c unit is next to the patio and with the old a/c we had to raise our voices to be heard when it was running, but with this new system you can barely hear it running.
