My boiler broke down on a very cold Saturday in January. Jim was recommended to me by a friend, he came out within 2 hours and got the boiler working again. He then replaced the boiler a couple of weeks later. He was very accommodating, answering all of my questions and assuring me that he could move things around should the old boiler break again. Excellent service in general, very clean, tidy, polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend Jim and Waterboy plumbing and heating.

My bathroom was in desperate need of a makeover, and after asking around, I was referred to Jim at Waterboy Plumbing. At the time, I was in Australia and unable to oversee the work, so it was crucial to find a plumber I could trust completely. I would highly recommend Waterboy Plumbing (Jim and Joe). They came to service my boiler and fix my leaky outside tap. They were very polite and efficient guys, they had the job done in no time and the price was reasonable. Communication was excellent and they were punctual. Thank you Waterboys, will use again without hesitation.

Absolutely amazing service from Waterboy Plumbing & Heating. We called late on a Sunday afternoon due to a leaking boiler, Jim came round within 20 minutes to make it safe until the issue could be repaired. Highly recommend.
