Main was leaking at the house, and I called Water Genius. I received a call back as soon as they opened. Johnny took care of my problem the same day and gave me a very reasonable price. Thank you for the help and professionalism.
Excellent work and trustworthy too! Had a water softener system replaced. Will be giving a call for any other plumbing issues in the future.
Brian installed my Softner system and a reverse osmosis drinking water system for me and I could not be more pleased with the quality and service he has provided me. The price, warranty and service he provides is second to none. I would highly recommend him. Very down to earth trustworthy professional guy.
Don't use these people. I don't believe they are licensed plumbers. Owner came to my home and spent the whole time complaining about not being able to hire workers and berating and verbally abusing his wife who was helping him. Follow up August 2023. This so called plumber also hooked up an ice maker to a refrigerator for me at the same time. When it developed a leak, I turned off the shut off valve to stop the flow of water to the refrigerator. I am thrilled with this company (Brian) and the work he did installing my RO. I searched for months before I found him. I cannot rave about the work and the knowledge he has that he shares with you too. He took his time and showed me where the Kinetico system I had was not set up right in some places and was NOT an RO like I was told. NOw I can be kidney stone free again with this RO.
