Water By Design advertises “unbeatable service after the sale”. My experience was the opposite. Last summer, I had a problem with the cover for my spa. Water By Design sold me both the spa and the cover. The spa cover became very heavy – water logged. I called Water By Design to come out and inspect my cover. I called many times. They are good at selling you a hot tub but try to get them to call you back or answer a question about a bill. Took weeks to get my steps. Took almost a month to get a owners manual after they said they were going to overnight it. Now I get an overdue bill for chemicals that came with the hot tub. Five calls over a month not one returned phone call.
