Friendly people who want your business and do what they say they will do. Each appointment that was made the people where on time and got the job done in a professional manner.
Very friendly staff. We had a great experience with Water By Design, from the initial visit to choose our hot tub, to having it installed. They were very helpful and experienced. The installers were very knowledgeable and worked quickly with their electrician to get it installed and running. We were able to start enjoying our tub the same day it was delivered. You will not find a more helpful, friendly, professional group of people than those at Water By Design. They are always ready to answer any questions no matter how small. We’ve had our hot tub for almost a year and being as it’s our first one, we had lots to learn. A wonderful group to work. Highly recommendation these folks.
We have had a great experience buying our first hot tub from Water by Design. The staff have been professional, honest, and extremely helpful. We are thrilled with our new hot tub and are using it every day. I would highly recommend Water by Design!
