I purchased a Caldera spa in July 2018. I couldn't be happier with the spa or the service I've received from the company. I have no hesitation recommending Water by Design.
What a great company and exceptional group of people to do business with. They make you feel like you are their most important customer. The sale was no pressure and they took the time to answer all my questions. The delivery and installation were stress free. Everyone went out of their way to ensure our total satisfaction. Excellent customer service!!! Highly recommend!!!

I had a spa that was defected and I have to say Paul and the rest of the staff was so helpful and helped me though my ordeal .i was able to solve my problem and decided to upgrade to a larger tub.the staff here was so great to work with I would recommend water by design to anyone who is thinking of getting a spa.
In October 2016 they replaced the heater in my hot tub and it worked great till April 12, 2017. I called them about the problem on April 13 and was told they would send someone to check it. On April 17 I called back to see if they had came and was told a part? was ordered and they would be out Thursday April 20 to fix it but no one came. On April 21 I called again and was told the order to fix it had been signed off as being fixed but it had not been fixed. Business response:
Mr. ****** doesn't have a hot tub that we have sold to him. He bought his spa from another dealer in the area. Parts to spas more the most part are proprietary the their retailers. Clearwater send us the first heater to fix his spa. Since the first repair Clearwater doesn't send us parts to fix their spas. Mr. ****** has been told this several times, each time he has called. He has received call backs each time, and I just don't feel he is getting the answer he wants to hear so he takes his frustration out on us. When in fac... read more
