What a great company and exceptional group of people to do business with. They make you feel like you are their most important customer. The sale was no pressure and they took the time to answer all my questions. The delivery and installation were stress free. Everyone went out of their way to ensure our total satisfaction. We absolutely love the staff at Water by Design and we adore our new sauna.
