Great team of people right here. Great service. Bought my tub about 6 years ago, had NO issues with it until now. Water By Design team, came out checked it out, determined the issue. Had to order parts, they got them quick and installed quick. The service my Corey was professional and spot on. If you need (want) and everyone needs hot tub!!! Go see Mark or Paul, tell them I sent you.

Great company. We dealt with Paul Sr. and Paul Jr. Both are knowledgeable and helpful. It was a great experience for my wife and I purchasing our first new to us hot tub. They made sure everything was taken care of and we were happy. Mark scheduled our delivery and we had our hot in within two weeks. I highly suggest this company for any and all of your hot tub needs. You won’t be disappointed.
