Paul and team treat their customers like family (and i mean that in a good way)! No high pressure sales tactics, honest and ethical. We had a great experience dealing with them and are enjoying our spa!

We are very pleased with our tub. Couldn't ask for a better buying experience! Customer care after the purchase was excellent. Recently had to move our tub to our new house. Move went better than expected. We highly recommend Water by Design.

Just bought a tub from these guys. I am beyond happy with the service I have received from them and they have gone above and beyond to deliver my tub and take care of it from the time I ordered it until the time I received it. Paul was very helpful in telling me all about the workings and design of the tub and Mark at the showroom was very helpful with ordering the tub as well as all the available options. I would recommend this company to anybody as the best place to buy a hottub anywhere near roanoke.

Every time i have come in the guys have answered my questions . Recently they went out of their way to get me a new GFI cord for our spa. They went to warehouse and i was able to get it on Christmas eve. Thank you so much!
