Water by Design was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Although our sauna was backordered through Finnleo, Paul was in constant communication until it arrived. We really appreciated the specialized attention. Now, we have a gorgeous sauna that works marvelously. We LOVE it and can't wait for a lifetime of health and happiness!

The Paul's were great to work with, everything was done that was promised and more. They came back and when over the tub when we first got it, which was a nice touch, and they have help me with any questions along the way. Installed an endless pool with a treadmill in my back yard. Found a contractor to modify my deck to lead down to it. Even with arthritis in my knees, ankles, and back I am now working out daily on the treadmill. Seeing results already. Picture on comment below (35 degrees and windy)
The good people here truly take the stress out of your hot tub repair. Even though the tub I have now was not purchased from Water By Design, you can bet my next one will be. Today these guys made a customer for life out of me.
Paul and family made this a great experience from start to finish. Our only regret is not getting hot tub from them before now.
