Boycotting all things at the fairgrounds year round. Over priced monopoly.

I went with my boyfriend yesterday and we had fun, did the rides got a burger and a krusy pup. The only thing we were disappointed in was the amount of rides there were. 3 faris wheels is crazy and the new one by the big coaster was scetchy and weirded us out and we dont spook eisily. We were sad to see the splash coaster gone and some other rides too. The best part was there was hardly anyone else there so we definitely got our money worth on the bracelets.

Had fish n chips, I didn't finish to say it was bad would be an understatement. Cost was high I could not have afforded to take anyone. The exhibits, many were closed, were minimal and not close to what I remember the last time I visited. That was 50 years ago but the emphasis seems to have changed from a State Fair showing off our State to a very commercial enterprise more interested in making money than representing achievements.

I took my 28yr old disabled client to the fair this year as I do every year. My client only rides roller coaster type rides and they would not allow him to ride unless he could stand in line. The line was not wheelchair accessible and in the past we would go through the exit for easier access. This year they told us that was not how they have ever done it and wouldn't allow it. I'm baffled because that's how we get on rides, not only there (typically), But also at wild waves, six flags, and even Disneyland. We will not go to ... read more

It's very disappointing. I am 57 and have always enjoyed the Puyallup fair.I hate that the name has been changed. Everything that makes it a fair has dwindled. Hardly any agricultural, not many animals. It has turned into nothing but a place for people to sell their wares same companies selling the same products in multiple buildings. At one time I would go five or six times. Now one short visit is more than enough. Sorry but big us not always the best.

They have free water stations, real bathrooms and fun times, the lines were a little long and prices for rides high, but we bought the unlimited bracelets so we got to enjoy all the rides all day. wish there was a little more seating in the shade, but it was fun for me and the family!!

I got free concert tickets from our local radio station and all we had time to do was head straight to the venue. The amphitheater is a great place to see a show. Good visibility and distance to the stage. After the concert all the vendors were closed so we couldn't grab a snack for the road.

I go every year, I love this fair! The BBQ place right inside the yellow gate is phenomenal, their fries are the best, and beware, there are two places that make elephant ears, and one is FAR superior, GO TO THE ONE IN THE FOOD COURT! At least stick with the company that has one in the food court. So much fun and deliciousness!
