I really feel that it's overpriced for the games and the rides thinking that they need to cater to all the families in Washington and out of Washington State some families can't even afford to let their children even go to the fair even with a free pass because it's too expensive time you pay for the rides games then food it's not fair for people on low income and I'm not a low-income person my heart just goes out to them that are

Took my niece's for the first time this year and they loved it me and my sister have been going every year since she was about 7 and this year there was so many new rides but not enough vendors outside the fair it was kind of sad to see nobody out there but still had a very good experience will definitely continue coming!!
Everything is expensive, but I expect no less from a fair. Pack your own water and some snacks and there is plenty enough free attractions (animals, produce, performances, etc) to fill a day.
I was there for the 4H rabbits had a wonderful time
