Other than handing me a lot of cash or Pacers tickets, nothing is needed for improvement
Jessica was ready and did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and Dr.Herd was wonderful as he did his exam also. I like the carnation they gave me as I was checking out.
My experience on Nov. 1, was quite distressing. The assistant working with Dr. Herd created a very uncomfortable experience for me unlike any Iâve ever had. She made her fear of Ladybugs evident and was clearly distracted by a few that had gathered on the inside of the light fixture above the dental chair where I was seated. However, there was one ladybug flying freely above us that really worried her, to the point that I could see her constantly watching it, which made me feel very comfortable. Called first thing in the morning and got a same day appointment to look at my tooth was having some swelling in my cheek area ended up having an abscess. Put on antibiotics and sent for a root canal. Glad to have gotten in and start the antibiotic. Thanks
If it is possible to truly feel like you are at home in your recliner whilst in the dental chair, this is the place to feel it. From the cozy waiting area, complete with beverages and snacks to the welcoming office staff to Dr. Herd himself, you feel like you are visiting with friends. Dr. Herd spent at least 20 minutes actually getting to know me and my needs. I felt like a person and not a means of boosting his income. I will probably never be someone who says, "Yay, I need dental work," but I will not dread going here... read more
I've been going to Dr. Herd for a long time. I like the way he treats his patients and I like his staff. Very attentive and knowledgeable.
