I have been coming to SMILE iNDY & Dr Herd for awhile now. As much as I dislike the dentist, Dr Herd and his wonderful staff make it very bearable. I went in for a cleaning the other day and had a filling that had fallen out. Dr Herd found the time in his busy day to fill it back up so I wouldn't have to go back. The best part about Dr Herd is that he is so personal. If you ever get anything done like cavities filled or anything else other than a cleaning. The entire staff was great!
Cindy was welcoming and understood my problem(lost crown) and found a way to get me in to see Dr Herd in a timely way. I always love to visit his office because everyone is so relaxed and helpful.
No complaints. Very attentive office.
