They always get me right in and out. The hygienist knows me and takes very good care of me. After dealing with the same dentist for 20 years I thought I was getting good service. I now know what good service is all about. Keep up the good work.

I had a very positive experience my first visit with Dr Herd. His staff was very welcoming and after completing my check in process I met all the staff and even got a tour of the facility. Did I mention Dr Herd cas me to the front desk while [ was checking in and introduced himself to me. I felt very comfortable during my entire experience. His denial assistance, Susannah. This was my first visit with Dr. Herd and this was possibly the friendliest staff at any dentist office I ever been to. They made me feel at ease and while I donât look forward to the dental work I have to have done, I know they will do their best to make it as comfortable as possible.
