I’ve been seeing Dr. Fahim Malik at his office at 1201 Seven Locks Rd, and I can’t say enough about how amazing the staff is. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. Carmen, in particular, has been a huge help — she always greets me with a warm smile and goes above and beyond to assist. The entire team has supported me through one of the hardest times in my life, and I truly feel like they care about my well-being. I’m so grateful for their compassion and professionali... read more
Friendly and professional staff. Dr. Malik is one of the best in nephrology.

This is not my usual location but decided to go due to availability, that was a mistake! You arrive and NO ONE speaks, greets or even acknowledges you. I had to ask where do I go and where to sign in, even then I was met with attitude. I will say, there was one young lady who helped and seemed nice but the rest absolutely not. Your front desk staff is a reflection of your office and who patients see first, so to have a rude front desk staff is not a good look for your practice.
Never would think that calling to inquire about sending a prescription to a new pharmacy would result in such rudeness. The older woman on the phone should not be taking patient calls if she has the audacity to yell at patients who need assistance. Thank goodness my doctor retired. I will NOT be coming back to this office.
Washington Nephrology Associates has a 2.6 star rating with 10 reviews.
Washington Nephrology Associates is closed now. It will open on Monday at 8:00 a.m.
