Really helpful staff. Lovely big rooms, clean, comfortable and excellent location.
Site of the R. Reagan shooting. Very centrally located, but lacking some normal amenities. Room I stayed in had no mini fridge and no fan in the bathroom.
Go to parking garage before check in. Will avoid busy drive around hotel
Looking for the pool or fitness center? Both are at the very end of the hallway, past FedEx, on the Terrace floor
Large hotel, but they still mange great service. Pity about the new building obscuring the view of DC
Locals call it the Hinckley Hilton.
Many complaints about poor water pressure but ours was great. The location is convenient to public transit and shopping centers. The restaurants inside are way more expensive than they're worth tho.
Great place to stay when in DC! Convenient location to the Metro and located in one of the best neighborhoods!
Had a 24 hour stay here. On the surface it's a typical Hilton property. We had no running water and a non-flushing toilet. Bad but they agreed to comp the room as a result so overall no complaints.
