A truly beautiful hotel. We enjoyed it very much—the rooms were very large and the service was excellent. The location and amenities at the hotel were outstanding.
We had our wedding party stay at the Washington Hilton in late December. Our guests loved the facility and the rooms. The service was extraordinary. We could not have asked for more accommodating staff. Prior to the wedding week and, the facility staff worked with us and communicated about everything. When I first arrived I was greeted by Hashem, a new trainee, who appeared to have more experience than he should have for the one week he had been there. Very kind and understanding staff at this hotel. They were flexible with changes in my plans.
I always have a great stay at this Hilton. You can't get better service than Guy Burton at the front entrance. He is amazing. All of the staff at McClellans (The Sidecar due to McClellans being closed with Miguel, Miguel, Francis and Keith) in the dining area (at breakfast- Aricelli) are exceptional! Housekeeping my last two visits is the best. The staff at check-in are also very welcoming.
