There is a great little liquor store on the corner... Much better than 19.25 for a double shot of Jack Daniel's! Nice hotel overall though
Not as nice as the palomar. I would stay at the palomar instead. It's closer to the action and nicer rooms
It's ok for what it is: A budget Hilton - with everything on a budget. but at this pricing I guess its all you can expect, or is it?
Valet parking is expensive!! $22 before tip for an hour and a half! Save yourself some cash and use public parking and walk a bit if just there for a conference, etc.
RaKu is an awesome sushi place. It's at Q & 19th, just 1 block north of Dupont Circle.
Lauriol Plaza - the best Mexican in NW DC - is very close. Exit using theTerrace/Convention level, walk left on "T" two blocks & you are there. There is other food and embassy row over there as well.
I loved the lobbby bar's library-style plentiful power outlets for every drinker!
