I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience at Washington Eye Institute. I’ll give one star for the terrible experience, and an additional star because I generally like the experience with the doctor. I was scheduled for a 7:45 a.m. visual field test and checked in at 7:40. I then watched the technician arrive around 8:15 and begin turning on the equipment around 8:30. I am writting this review while I wait to be called by the physician. Despite having booked an appointment, I have been waiting for 1 hour and 15 min already, and nothing. They are extremely late. This is such a lack of respect. This was the first and last time I come here.
