I hope no one has a veterinary emergency and can't get through on the phone because self-righteous people with only a portion of the facts are jamming the lines. If any animals suffer or dies because people can't contact their veterinarian that's on you.
Having a vet in your practice who kills domestic animals is appalling.

Sad that not only did the veterinarian do something so horrific, that the staff also talked about it over the water cooler like it was another topic of discussion.
You should also fire Misty Story, the office manager, for LOLing at the picture.

Kristen Lindsey is not the only one who is culpable here and giving your practice a bad reputation. Other employees of yours, like Misty, thought Kristen's post was funny?!!! I didn't find ANY humor in it, just cold, cruel, animal abuse and disregard for the cat's life. Your employees should care about animals or they should be fired!
I'm disgusted with this situation. I wouldn't trust my pets in this vet office. Ever. God only knows if she killed anyone's pet while in her care there. Disgusting vet office. Giving it 1 star cause I couldn't give it less.
