A statement would be awesome. Was the offending person Fired? Some sources are saying she was not and that this Clinic supports her. I'm all for population control, but there are other methods far more practical than bow hunting stray cats.
Please separate the clinic from the individual vet in your opinions. Just because they had a bad co-worker does not make the entire clinic awful. They reacted properly, and they fired the employee. They will likely continue to clean house. Admonish the bad person, but recognize that the others saw her poor behavior and terminated her employment. No doubt most (hopefully all) of them are just as disgusted with that particular person as we are. No need to ruin a business when they reacted swiftly to get rid of her.
I hope if the picture of the employee shooting the cat is legit please fire her. Protector of animals should be everyone of your employee's belief.

How could you possibly employ this total monster? I've read reports she has been fired and her name removed from staff, but she posted that she is still employed. Only you at the clinic, can clear this information up.
As a veterinarian, I was shocked to read this story. This psychopath needs to lose her license forever. As a lawyer, I would prosecute her to the max for animal cruelty. It is unfortunate that at least one other member of your staff supports this cat killer. I doubt your clinic will survive this. I would never refer anyone there.
