Just read an article that says you terminated the employment of the vet who shot the cat with an arrow. THANK YOU!!! Please continue your own investigation and submit all evidence. It's very hard to believe that someone who chose a career in helping animals does not apply that oath to all of them!! It's quite astonishing. I can only hope she is charged and prosecuted to the absolute fullest!!! Also makes you wonder why kind of care she provided to the animals she treated in the practice!! Disgraceful!
I'm sorry that your clinic will suffer because of this One person. Can you imagine if this was never caught and she just kept killing! Lucky for her she wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed and now her career is over!

The low rating and public outcry is due to the two cheerleaders that are still employed. When you publicly condemn an action you can't do the minimum-fire one person only when you know three were involved.
