Great customer service and experience from the Couture Clean New York team. I trusted them with the preservation of my bridal gown, gloves, and veil and they did not disappoint. Couture Clean did an incredible job restoring my wedding dress! There were multiple stains and I was worried it could not be fixed, but they managed to make it look like new. They even arranged to send it to me out of state. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
My coat was cleaned beautifully, and delivered to my building’s concierge. They even included some holiday chocolates with it. Very thoughtful, and impeccable service. Highly recommend.
