I got to see the Couture Clean team in action, working on gowns from Ines di Santo and other top designers. Watching how they handled each piece—checking seams, smoothing fabric, fussing over every stitch—was impressive. The setting at One World Trade Center felt elegant, but it was their precision and care that made the whole thing feel truly world-class.

Can I just say wow! From the moment I called asking to if they were able to clean my wedding dress, and preserve it to the very end of the service they have given nothing but kind and amazing service. Over the phone, they have been so sweet. I had told them my gown may be quite a project because the petticoat is not removable, and it’s quite a large dress. Couture Clean was a pleasure to work with to have my wedding dress cleaned and preserved. I wanted somewhere local, I thought their price was fair, and communication was excellent the whole way through so I knew the status of my gown.
