I visited most of the bathroom shops in the Pompey centre, this one is the better one in my opinion. Massive showroom and staff that actually know what they are doing.
Lewis who looked after us was amazing, we had a very positive experience. He was extremely patient with me and my indecisiveness and showed me different options etc. The showroom had a large and varied stock to choice from and the prices were very competitive. We would highly recommend Wash Bathrooms.
Went to view a bathroom and was shocked that a male member of the sales staff said he'd give me a cheaper deal if I gave him a favour, and winked at me, bragged about how he'd done the same to another client called Andrew Cross but didn't pass on the savings after he swallowed. Dismayed and disgusted.
Unhelpful staff, subpar quality! Better service and products across the road at Easy Bathrooms!
