I came here for help with a knee injury and had regular sessions over a few months. While everyone at the clinic was friendly and welcoming, I left feeling quite frustrated by the actual treatment process. Each session was very similar — mostly hands-on work, usually hands on work focused around the quad or IT band area— but I didn’t feel there was any real structure or progression.
