Doctor didnt/doesn't believe me I've begged for help from doctors, leaving me feeling exposed, vulnerable, unimportant, and disrespected. I have approached trying to build a positive and real relationship with a medical professional within this surgery, but unfortunately they seem to not only disbelieve me, but actively make my situation worse. Exceptional service. Our daughter had been suffering with a high temp of above 39 for 30+ hours, couldn't get seen by our local practice in Minehead, so contacted 111 early evening who then sent us to Warwick with a planned appointment. From the moment we arrived at 9.30pm the service was incredible from both the receptionist & Doctor (Justin). Absolute garbage. At least the receptionist(s) save this place from zero. No appointments within the 3 days as in the Patients charter. GPs working privately to earn more money, at the behest of real Patients registered at this surgery. No Saturday morning appointments. The lie that there is a shortage of GPs. Bully boy tactics if you dare to criticise eg expulsion or some bone head sitting in whilst you speak to a GP, totally ignoring privacy and Data Protection.
