Very slow to deal with issues, been waiting months fr an issue in the building's hallway. Too quick to try and deflect issues with building onto other parties. A lot of money paid for very little in return.
Not fit for purpose. Having to go through the courts.
My experience with Warwick Estates has been brilliant. Prompt responses to emails and very professional.
Should be 0 stars. By far the worst property management company I've had the misfortune of dealing with. An incredible turn over of "managers" who basically lie about services provided, while overseeing the general degrading of the development , with no regard for the people that live there. A true leach company. Thankfully property directors have removed them from our development, shame it wasn't sooner!
I'm actually shocked at how poor the services provided by Warwick are. And their willingness to try to charge you for things they didn't even do. Extremely disappointed. Would recommend that everyone avoids this company.
