I’ve been with this medical practice for 35 years and finally I have a proper doctor! Dr. Gilsenan is absolutely fantastic. For the first time a doctor talked to me like i was human. Much appreciated!
Receptionists think they are doctors! Rude, unhelpful and and an absolute horror to deal with.

When I read in newspapers how long people are having to wait even just to speak to a GP receptionist, never-ending actually being seen by a doctor, I feel I have to say that the Summerhill Surgery is wonderful. Speaking from experience having recently had two major operations, I feel so fortunate to be registered at this practice. The staff, in particular the receptionists ( especially Susan and Andrea ) and the practice nurse Miriam, have all been so helpful and understanding. I can't thank them enough!
Need more doctors to speed things up, waiting times are very long.
