Selling my flat with Warners was an extremely smooth process from start to finish. Everyone at the agency that I dealt with through the process was knowledgeable and responsive, always on hand to answer any questions which I had (I had many!). Rhonda was particularly helpful when it came to concluding the sale and went above and beyond to help make the process as stress free as possible. Highly recommend!

** AVOID AVOID AVOID ** We dealt with Warners as first time customers dealing with both buying/selling our home and we do not recommend using them at all! From start to finish, they were not helpful in reassuring us that things were being completed / processed etc. The sale negotiator April showed clear signs of not being interested in selling our flat (it took 13 weeks and the first 6-8 weeks, she did nothing to promote it/chase up potential interest etc, and only ‘half replied to emails’. Warners were effective and efficient in getting our property onto the market and put quickly under offer. The process was seamless, and communications were speedy and straightforward. A special mention of Kirsten Marshall-Thomson, who shepherded us through the bidding process with great advice backed by experience.
Warners have been amazing with our house sale. The entire team worked really well together in their specialist areas. From the moment Donald visited for the valuation (which was spot on to the home report), to Amanda negotiating the sale we felt we were in good hands, they are very responsive when there are issues and it was extremely competitively priced too.
