They were extremely prompt in answering my request for service. My phone literally rang as soon as the options for contractors appeared on my computer screen. They were there for the very next snow fall and did an excellent job clearing the snow, and in a very timely manner.

Prompt in their response. Seemed able to assess situation properly. Completed the snow removal on roof same day to lessen the chances of additional water damage inside house. Did some preventative ice removal when they spotted it. Cleaned up nicely all snow that had fallen on sidewalks and driveway.
