Two rotors outside my property line -- not sure why I can't set zone 5 on my box -- almost all areas that were dug up are very rough/bumpy

Our crews accidentally installed a couple heads on the neighbors property. The customer called us with his concern and we took care of moving the heads and all other questions he had right away.
Didn't come when scheduled. Did a very bad job. Didn't return as promised to redo the front yard which did not appear that they had even done anything in the first place. They were supposed to come back on Jun 1...Today is June 3rd and have heard nothing from them. Poor poor service and poor workmanship.

We were trying to work around the rainy weather as much as possible. We don't recall getting the first call about wanting the front yard redone, but once we received her second call we were out there the next dry day to make it right.

Warner's Outdoor Solutions was the only lawn care business in my area that was listed through servicemagic. It was easier and less time consuming to have them aerate my lawn than to start looking for other businesses in the phone book. Aeration was done in spots where is wasn't necessary, and not done in spots where is should have been done. It didn't appear to me that my entire lawn was aerated.

I repeatedly had to call them back about things they missed, from cutting phone lines and just leaving the exposed wires without repair or notification, to ripping up my neighbors yard, again without repair or notification. They eventually fixed everything and it looks good. But, it was a large hassle to ensure things got done right.
