There were some scheduling issues early on but eventually these were ironed out. The nice part about dealing with Warner's is that I did NOT have to babysit the workers on either visit. They showed up, did their thing and were gone. I was able to get questions answered and they were generally as responsive as I needed them to be. I've been watering as instructed and grass is starting to peek up as expected. I'll revisit this in the spring and review how things look after the snow is gone and the grass has a chance to thrive.
