Time charged for was not near the actual time worked. They did give me a small concession on the charges but not accurate to the time that the workers were here.

We tell all of our customers the charge before starting our projects. We verified with our GPS tracking and the crew was there for the exact time we charged the customer. We did give the customer a discount for customer service.

I was out of town during a resent snow fall. Warner responded promptly, and cleared the driveway as requested. I will put them on my call list for next season.

They cleared just what I asked them to do and at the time I asked them for. The only item is that they are a little high in the pricing, But they did do a high quality job

Did a great and fast job cleaning up my driveway after big snowfall. They were quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. I may have them come out this spring and take a look at my lawn.
