It took awhile for them to get out there (due to weather), but once they did it was done very quickly; I did need them to come back to reseed some patchiness, which they did say they would do if needed, as they had a guarantee.

Immediate response. experienced technician, quick on the job and quality work. In and out in half hour. Similar problem with a competitor last year that took nearly 2 hours to repair, and the quality was poor.
