Did a good job, but because they didn't bring the right tools and the technician was looking for them in his truck, they charged me for time he spent looking for the right tools. I finally came out with my tools, and he used them to complete the job. Sure enough, when the bill came, I was charged the extra time which I should not have been billed for. I reduced my payment by the added time with an explanation of what happened, and they did not dispute the bill.

I signed contract in mid May, job wasn't completed until end of June. It's now mid July and I don't see any grass growing. I'm wondering if they forgot the seed. 

Business response:

I just spoke with the customer and we'll be out there tomorrow to spray the weeds that have popped up and then re-seed 10 days later. At that time of the year we were one month out and anyone who asks were told that. I told the customer to please don't hesitate to call if they have a question about anything.
