Just had surveyor to mums house , after this blown expandable junk was ,sold to a 77 year old lady , last March taken out six weeks later when I realised this cheap roof destroying crap had been installed , mum's looking now to sell property , but surveyor needs detail what's been done first for the morgage company even thou it's out , there's still parts attached to the roof felt and some of the roof joists , MASSIVE WARNING ERE, morgage companies are refusing property with this junk in it ,or in this case had the junk in ... read more
