Another money grabbing property management company who couldn't care less about their tenants. They over charge, over price and have overstayed their welcome.
Worst block management company to deal with. Thier director Eamon does not value his clients nor does he honour what he puts in writing. The staff lack knowledge and do not advise correctly
Warmans took over the management of a 7th floor block I have a flat in. They are a small company with a small team and limited experience. It's hard to get responses or timely action. They have been failing to address some major issues with the block. Their focus has been on trying to increase expenditure and income from the owners for works which have not been properly analysed or authorised. Take them on if you want increased costs without getting any services.
Awful awful awful. They are cowboys. Please be careful. They charge so much money and do absolutely nothing. Totally negligent in the services they’ve provided for us. Do NOT use!
