Always reliable and have done nice work on various bits of plumbing around my house for close to a decade
Hilton carried out a fully satisfactory service and a repair on my Vaillant boiler. The job required two visits and the process was superbly managed by Haydn throughout with confirmations, reminders and arrival time updates on appointment timing. This high level of customer service removed the worry and stress at a time I had no hot water. I would use Warm & Cool again without any hesitation.
Prompt service, good pricing, explanations all good. Happy customer. Annual visit just completed, all fine, smooth and easy.
Hilton and team sorted out new boilers and a whole new heating system for us. We have had a brilliant experience with him. He is trustworthy and the heating is working well and bills are down. He is responsive to questions and queries.
