Fantastic place 🤩
(Updated 04/02/2025) 3 years for a major 'snagging' issue to be resolved by the developer. Still no resolution. Very little in the way of updates. I'm constantly chasing them, only to be ignored. Totally frustraing. A video will be uploaded shortly. Otherwise, a superb building, and amenities.
UPDATE Jan 2025. Break-ins and stealing continue. Paid for parking spaces in underground parking remain completely unsecured due to massive door remaining open for anyone to come in and gain access. Residents report continued noise issues from the gym including 6.10am wake-up bass. Unclear whether planning permission for gym has been retrospectively gained yet. Have lived here for nearly 18 months and have loved every minute of it. Couldn’t fault the place and it truly feels like a homely and friendly community. Can’t say a bad word about it.
