Well organised and friendly providing a good balance of treatments and guidance on exercise.
Helen is an amazing physiotherapist. In a matter of session's my back was healed to a degree in which I could sleep at night and stop using pain killers! With the added advice and home exercises I can confidently say I am making a full recovery. So glad I chose Wareham Physiotherapy. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Had a really sore back and was quite worried about it. I went to see Stacey who gave me a quick assessment and a gentle massage. I left with a diagnosis, no pain in my back and some exercises to prevent the issue reoccurring. Very happy I decided to go. Thanks.

Helen is truly amazing at what she does, having suffered 2 disc protrusions confirmed from an mri scan barely being able to walk and never thinking I would be able to go about my daily duties or ride my horse again, I went to helen and she fixed me, with weekly sessions. I'm forever thankful. I highly recommend anyone suffering from a bad back or any ailment to get yourself to see helen. Thankyou again.
