Just collected our new Westfalia Columbus campervan that we bought at the recent NEC show. Unfortunately, our collection was delayed by a week due to a small fault that needed to be rectified by a Fiat garage. The reason for the 5 star review is due to the effort made by Scott to ensure we were still able to collect the van this week. He really went the extra mile, which was hugely appreciated by us both. Why dont these adverts say how many miles they do to the gallon
We have used Waudbys for many years now, to buy new caravans, and for servicing. We find them excellent. Communication is quick and helpful, servicing and repairs are efficient. Today Dean took time out of the workshop to tell us in detail what to do if a certain problem reoccurred, and even offered to talk to us on the phone, wherever we were, to talk us through any measures to take. Many thanks to Mandy too.
