I have heard a lot of bad reviews about this surgery especially the receptionist but I just experienced it personally, imagine calling on same day to book an appointment for your child’s vaccination and receptionist tells you *if you can’t wait to be called back , then go somewhere else * that is the highest lack of empathy I have ever witnessed, I even tried to explained that I need to see the doctor myself because I need help and she was so rude and unapologetic like the surgery belongs to her * this receptionist has no bu... read more
Very responsive and supportive GP practice. Dr I Khan listens and validates your concerns. Quick to refer where appropriate. Great team of staff overall, with a friendly and caring reception staff - Hayley, Karen, Fallon, Nishta , Olivia etc Reassuring in this day and age to have an NHS practice that puts the patient at the heart of what they do.
Absolutely useless! To get to the doctors is not possible. Receptionist rude and barely can speak or understand English. Waiting for results to be reviewed is taking forever or they even not been checked! I wouldn't recommend it as you will get even more ill by the time you get to be checked! Awful absolutely awful.
No appointments available any time you call them. Worst ever
