My Experience with Walton and Allen has been poor, I was a tenant in a property they managed for 4 year, they are inconsistent at best, negligent and criminal at worst. They evicted me using a section 21 with an open complaint that breached the housing act regulations and then have re-rented the property for more money. Standard practices it seems for these dodgy poorly regulated agents. Joe and Jay were great to deal with, constant updates, always chased when needed and made sure that the process and sale was smooth and seamless. They were always available via call and always messaged when necessary. Pleasure to deal with.
