Walter's Appliance Repair provides courteous, efficient, and reasonable service.
Ray came out on a Sunday morning just to get our refrigerator temporarily up and running, until he could get the parts needed for a permanent fix. Back 2 days later and we are good as new! Very Reasonable!
My husband called to find out if he could make an appointment to have our refrigerator checked out as there was water leaking into the fridge and pooling along the bottom. Mr. Walters stated he was able to come by before his next appointment to check things out. He arrived a little later and quickly resolved the problem. Next, he fixed a shelf that was broken in the fridge, checked out the hinge of our dishwasher, all with a smile, courtesy, and professional behavior. Will definitely be our go to in the future. I work for a Property Management Company and we were in a pinch and I found Walters Appliance Services and he was very professional over the phone and he kept me up to date of all that was going on. He was at a very reasonable price and we will now be using him ALWAYS!!!!!
I called Ray this afternoon to get a service appointment set up. He stated he was available next day, but asked what was wrong with my washer. Based on what I described, he was able to tell me what was likely wrong, give a general estimate of parts and labor, and in the long run tell me it would be better for me to buy a new washer. While this is not what I wanted to hear, I appreciate his honesty to save me money in the long run. If I ever need any repairs to be made, this will be the guy I call. Highly recommended!!
