I highly recommend this company as we had our share of appliance issues. Mr. Walters has always displayed professionalism and extremely knowledgeable not to mention square dealing. I wish more companies applied the same work. Class Act!!
Mr. Walters repaired our refrigerator in April. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about our brand refrigerator (LG). He contacted us back quickly and was timely to our scheduled appointments. We were impressed and will certainly call on him again should we have any more unfortunate appliance problems.
Raymond responded to my request for help promptly and courteously. He was able to respond within a day. Fixed my refrigerator ice maker which had been replaced by another service (I don't know who as my husband died soon after the repair). Raymond identified that the ice maker had not been hooked up or turned on by previous repairman.
Fast, friendly, & had my dishwasher working like new in no time. I highly recommend Ray Walters for any of your appliance needs. I know I will be using him again.
