Had dryer on blink and he helped me over the phone and with talking about pros and cons of repair versus purchasing new model. Helped me locate a good sale price on new one and even looked up model number for me. Will call him again and recommend his kindness and time. Thank you, Ray! MS
No need to call any other company. I promise that you will not find a more honest, good conscious and fair businessman/appliance repairman other than Raymond Walters. He is a family man, volunteers with a true heart with some organizations and a very knowledgable repairman. He does what is "right" for you, not what is best for him. Great guy.
Washer was making a loud noise. My wife saw Walter's Appliance Services in neighborhood website. Mr. Walters came out and knew right away what problem was. Now washer is fixed and I dont have to purchase a new one. Thanks Mr. Walters. I I highly recommend him.
My GE refrigerator stopped cooling and of course this happened over the weekend. I sent a Facebook message to Mr. Walters and even though it was Sunday he called me in less than an hour. By the next afternoon, my refrigerator was repaired at a very reasonable price. We’re happy to have found an honest and dependable repair service and highly recommend Ray Walters.

Ray is a very upstanding, honest man. We had an issue with our washer. After explaining the issue over the phone, Ray told me how to fix it since it wasn’t a complicated problem. He offered to come out and fix it himself but thought it was something we could handle. No one else would have given up a service fee for a simple problem. Thank you! You are first person I will call in the future!!
