RecommendedRay was incredibly helpful. I decided to paint the laundry room and in the process of moving the washer I had pulled the drain hose out. Well Ray talked me thru it over the phone and I was able to fix it. THAT is real customer service. He could've charged me whatever for coming out and fixing that, but he has integrity and I am super grateful. I will keep Ray's number on speed dial for any future appliance needs!!

I have called Ray on several different occasions for my appliances. He is the kindest, dependable, most honest person that I have ever had to deal with for repairs. He has saved us alot of money as he normally will suggest ideas before making a service call out and charging us. Very kind and respectable young man! Kudos to Ray and his family! Called due to my washer not draining properly, called me back within the hour and was able to diagnose the problem and keep me updated throughout the day on scheduling and made it to my home within hours of my original call on the same day!!! Able to accurately quote and fix the problem in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I will only be using Walters appliance service if I ever need help in the future. Don’t bother with anyone else, just go ahead and call.
