I have been seeing Mark for many years and wouldn't go to anyone else. His advice and treatment are excellent.
Mark is an absolute legend and has helped me enormously with a chronic pain condition. He is very kind and genuinely cares that the treatment is beneficial. I've found his approach much more positive than some other treatments which require you to follow 16 pages of exercises 3 times a day! He suggested some short, and incredibly useful exercises for me which help keep the pain under control. I have no hesitation in recommending him. Thanks Mark for helping me get more mobile and in less pain.
Working as an HCA brings with it a lot of physical wear and tear and with that comes the regular trapped nerve in my lower back . I have been put back in shape by Michael many times over the years and every time I am so grateful .
