I generally found the health centre to be supportive and professional, but I was often uncomfortable attending midwife appointments. It didn't feel appropriate for male receptionists, who aren't part of the midwifery team, to ask loudly in a waiting room whether I had done a urine sample. Dental Hospital... Staff are rude and will refuse to accommodate the needs of single dads. What took an hour and a half in Newcastle, Wallsend wanted to do over 3 appointments. Impossible to get in touch with and will give you out of date leaflets with old telephone numbers in. When you complain, they give obtuse answers that do not address any of your concerns.

Nice building nice staff ! They make u wellcome been load times nice and clean aswell again people work here are fantastic
