The communication with the staff was very pleasant and clear, all done in comfortable way, no pressure, and the storage container was very clean and dry, felt immediately safe to store our furniture during our moving process for about one month. After completing the use, the ending process was also very efficient, I got refund back a lot quicker than I had imagined. Thank you.
